RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email to info@vibivenezia.it with your request.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date to receive a refund.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, complete with all labels. Products returned with signs of wear, or delivered to our returns department outside the 14-day window, will be sent back to the original address.
Please note that ViBi Venezia is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective and the defect is recognized by ViBi Venezia. It takes 14 days to process the return and related refund. Please ensure your name/order number is included in the package and include any paper documents if available.
