SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within 24 working hours of receipt. For each shipment an email will be sent
directly with tracking of the parcel.
Generally, for domestic orders, in Italy, the cost is € 9.00 and the delivery window is 2 working days, while in
the islands are 3 working days, from receipt of the order.
International shipments have cost and transit times that vary depending on the country chosen. In Europe,
United States, Canada, Mexico transit times are 2/3 working days, while for other states about 4/5 working
days.
Shipments to EUcountries do not contain invoices or any other documents indicating the value of items.
As required by customs regulations shipments to non-EU countries are accompanied by an invoice indicating
the value of the items.
Do I have to pay customs and import fees?
For all shipments outside the European Union, the items shipped will be charged of taxes and import duties
at the arrival (if the individual product or the total value of the order exceeds the relevant national duty
threshold).
